释义	法律分析：根据《自然灾害救助条例》规定，安置点是在发生自然灾害的地区，人民政府建立的，对受灾人员进行过渡性安置的地点。法律依据：《自然灾害救助条例》第十八条受灾地区人民政府应当在确保安全的前提下，采取就地安置与异地安置、政府安置与自行安置相结合的方式，对受灾人员进行过渡性安置。就地安置应当选择在交通便利、便于恢复生产和生活的地点，并避开可能发生次生自然灾害的区域，尽量不占用或者少占用耕地。受灾地区人民政府应当鼓励并组织受灾群众自救互救，恢复重建。
