释义	法律分析：机器设备也属于财产的一种，对机器设备也可以依法进行财产保全。但是法院在查封机器设备的同时，并不阻止设备的运行，这是从有利于生产经营的角度出发，将查封导致的不利影响降到最低限度。实际上，查封的最终目的就是防止机器设备被恶意转移、出售。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百零三条财产保全采取查封、扣押、冻结或者法律规定的其他方法。人民法院保全财产后，应当立即通知被保全财产的人。财产已被查封、冻结的，不得重复查封、冻结。
