释义	审判监督程序，又称再审程序。是指人民检察院对人民法院作出的已发生法律效力的判决、裁定，发现确有错误，依职权提起再行审理的特殊诉讼程序。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百零六条按照审判监督程序决定再审的案件，裁定中止原判决、裁定、调解书的执行，但追索赡养费、扶养费、抚育费、抚恤金、医疗费用、劳动报酬等案件，可以不中止执行。
