租房中介跑了 房东可以赶走房客吗
释义
如果合同没有到期，不能把房客赶走，否则违反合同内容，出租人应承担违约责任。如果租赁合同约定，房租由承租人交给中介，中介再将房租转交给出租人，那么合同就必须履行，租金只能向中介索要。
法律依据：
《民法典》第七百零九条 承租人应当按照约定的方法使用租赁物。对租赁物的使用方法没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，应当根据租赁物的性质使用。
