释义	工作人员的工作年限按周年计算在计算退职金、退休金时，按周年计算后剩余的月数，超过六个月的，按一年计算，六个月和不满六个月的按半年计算。工作人员在试用期间的工作时间，可以计算为工作年限。《劳动合同法实施条例》第九条，劳动合同法第十四条第二款规定的连续工作满10年的起始时间，应当自用人单位用工之日起计算，包括劳动合同法施行前的工作年限。
