释义	法律分析：如果债务属于夫妻共同债务，则净身出户的一方需要共同还贷。在离婚过程中净身出户只是表明对共同财产中属于自己那一部分财产的放弃，但并不能免除对共同债务的承担，即使在离婚协议中约定共同债务由一个人全部承担，也不能对抗第三人，也就是债权人或者说债主。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十九条离婚时，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还，共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿;协议不成的，由人民法院判决。
