释义	法律分析: 没有确定的债权不可以转让，债权债务主体关系不明确的，则签订的转让协议是无效的，债权转让是不改变合同内容的合同转让，是指债权人通过债权转让第三人订立合同将债权的全部或部分转移于第三人的行为。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条【债权转让通知】债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
