释义	法律分析：嫖娼不会被跨省追捕，单纯的嫖娼不会被通缉。嫖娼是属于治安案件，只有刑事犯罪的嫌疑犯才会被通缉。但卖淫嫖娼也是为我国法律所禁止的。对个人、对家庭都是有害的。不能因为不会被通缉而为之，应该洁身自好，远离卖淫嫖娼。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
