释义	法律分析：农村的土地是不能永久性承包的，在农村，耕地的承包期为三十年。草地的承包期为三十年至五十年。林地的承包期为三十年至七十年。前款规定的耕地承包期届满后再延长三十年，草地、林地承包期届满后依照前款规定相应延长。法律依据：《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》第四条农村土地承包后，土地的所有权性质不变。承包地不得买卖。第五条农村集体经济组织成员有权依法承包由本集体经济组织发包的农村土地。任何组织和个人不得剥夺和非法限制农村集体经济组织成员承包土地的权利。
