释义	法律分析: 公司收购流程是: 一、发出要约。可以发出全面要约，也可以发出部分要约；二、召开企业股东大会，经过三分之二以上股东同意，即可做出决议；三、申请变更登记；四、领取新营业执照。法律依据:《《上市公司收购管理办法》》第二十七条收购人为终止上市公司的上市地位而发出全面要约的，或者因不符合本办法第六章的规定而发出全面要约的，应当以现金支付收购价款；以依法可以转让的证券（以下简称证券）支付收购价款的，应当同时提供现金方式供被收购公司股东选择。
