释义	徇私舞弊假释罪的立案标准如下：1、刑罚执行机关的工作人员对不符合假释条件的罪犯，捏造事实，伪造材料，违法报请假释的；2、审判人员对不符合假释条件的罪犯，徇私舞弊，违法裁定假释的；3、其他徇私舞弊假释应予追究刑事责任的情形。法律依据《刑法》第四百零一条，司法工作人员徇私舞弊，对不符合减刑、假释、暂予监外执行条件的罪犯，予以减刑、假释或者暂予监外执行的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
