释义	法律分析：法律不允许。从法律角度上，亲子关系不能自认而解除。我国关于自认的规定集中在《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第八条，其第一款为：“诉讼过程中，一方当事人对另一方当事人陈述的案件事实明确表示承认的，另一方当事人无需举证。但涉及身分关系的案件除外。”该款明确规定有关身份关系的案件追求客观真实而不适用自认。法律依据：《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》第十六条父母因外出务工或者其他原因不能履行对未成年人监护职责的，应当委托有监护能力的其他成年人代为监护。
