释义	法律分析: 依据我国相关法律的规定，被抵押的财物是可以查封的，而查封抵押的财物时，要通知抵押权人，抵押权人有优先受偿权。法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于人民法院民事执行中查封、扣押、冻结财产的规定》第二十七条人民法院查封、扣押被执行人设定最高额抵押权的抵押物的，应当通知抵押权人。抵押权人受抵押担保的债权数额自收到人民法院通知时起不再增加。人民法院虽然没有通知抵押权人，但有证据证明抵押权人知道查封、扣押事实的，受抵押担保的债权数额从其知道该事实时起不再增加。
