释义	法律分析：婚假一般需要在领取了结婚证之后才可以休，从给单位请假后开始算。休婚假并不是领取结婚证之后立刻休，可以在领了结婚证之后的任意时间连续休，比如在举办酒席的时候。不少公司给出的规定是在领取结婚证之后一年内休完，也有的半年内休完，需根据自己公司规定来看。此外，由于晚婚假较长，部分公司允许将其拆分两次来休，休假之前可提前了解公司的制度。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十一条劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
