2023年子女满18岁父母还需需不要抚养呢？ |

法律分析：法律规定父母支付抚养费的期限是到子女满十八周岁为止，超过十八周岁，父母就没有抚养义务了。只有当成年子女不能独立生活的时候，父母才需要承担成年子女的抚养费。成年子女在起诉索要抚养费的时候，需要举证证明自己不能独立生活，才能获得法院支持。
抚养费的支付期限：
1、抚养费一般要支付到子女满十八周岁为止。
2、十六周岁以上不满十八周岁的子女，可以依靠自己的劳动收入维持当地一般生活水平的，父母可以停止支付抚养费。
3、子女虽然已满十八周岁但不能独立生活时，父母仍然要负担抚养费用，包括生活费、教育费和医疗费等。
父母需要承担成年子女抚养费有以下情形：
情形一，子女虽然成年了但还在接受高中或以下学历教育。
情形二，子女丧失或未完全丧失劳动能力。如果子女具备了劳动能力，父母不支付抚养费的话，读大学所需可以通过勤工俭学、假期打工等方式筹集，还可以申请助学贷款，以此来维持个人正常生活。
成年子女因其他原因导致不能维持正常生活，父母也需要承担抚养义务。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零六十七条 父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
