释义	政府采购合同不强制有时间限制，当事人可约定有效期限。附有生效期限的民事法律行为，期满生效；附有终止期限的，期满失效。合同一般要约定有效期限，未约定可协议补充或按相关条款执行。法律分析法律依据《民法典》第一百六十条民事法律行为可以附期限，但是根据其性质不得附期限的除外。附生效期限的民事法律行为，自期限届至时生效。附终止期限的民事法律行为，自期限届满时失效。该内容由谷艳艳律师和家和律云共创回答
