释义	如果有合理原由辞职的没有什么影响。但是违反规章的不得辞去公职。法律依据：《党政领导干部辞职暂行规章》第十二条党政领导干部具有本规章第十一条所列情形之一的或者有下列情形之一的，不得辞去公职：(一)在涉及国家安全、重要机密等特殊职位上任职或者离开上述职位不满解密期限的；(二)未满最低服务年限的；(三)有其他特殊原因的。第十三条党政领导干部辞去公职后三年内，不得到原任职务管辖的地区和业务范围内的企业、经营性事业单位和社会中介组织任职；不得从事或者代理与原工作业务直接相关的经商办企业活动。
