释义	法律分析：不需要。我国采取自愿登记原则，如果转让人和受让人觉得有需要的话，可以申请登记，如果觉得没必要的话，可以不登记。法律依据：《计算机软件保护条例》第二十条转让软件著作权的，当事人应当订立书面合同。第二十一条订立许可他人专有行使软件著作权的许可合同，或者订立转让软件著作权合同，可以向国务院著作权行政管理部门认定的软件登记机构登记。
