离婚协议书可以推翻不承认么
释义
若是双方协议离婚时，一方存在故意告知虚假情况或者隐瞒真实情况的欺诈、胁迫等情况的，另方可以在离婚后的一年内变更或者撤销原来的财产分割协议。若是不存在上述情形的，一般即便一方出轨或净身出户的，另一方也不能变更或撤销原来的财产分割协议。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第七十条 夫妻双方协议离婚后就财产分割问题反悔，请求撤销财产分割协议的，人民法院应当受理。人民法院审理后，未发现订立财产分割协议时存在欺诈、胁迫等情形的，应当依法驳回当事人的诉讼请求。
