释义	法律分析：效力为：对于债务人，债务人的行为一经被撤销，视为自始无效。对于受益人，已受领债务人的财产的，应当返还之。原物不能返还的，应当折价返还其利益。受益人已向债务人支付对价的，得向债务人主张返还不当得利。对于债权人，行使撤销权的债权人得请求受益人将所得利益返还给债务人，也得请求直接返还给自己。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十条撤销权的行使范围以债权人的债权为限。债权人行使撤销权的必要费用，由债务人负担。
