释义	法律分析：辞职后，劳动合同就解除了，实际合同已经失效了。社保缴纳也中断了，只不过没有办理离职的手续而已。不办理手续，就拿不到劳动手册，对以后找工作，缴纳社保等是有影响的。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。《劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
