释义	法律分析：绩效考核工资不可以被全部扣除，职员就职之后单位一般会实行绩效考核制度，以此来决定每个自愿每个月可以获得的薪资，若是有违反公司章程的情形出现，此时无疑是会被扣除工资的，但是根据规定，即使职员表现得再差，也不得扣除全部的绩效考核工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
