释义	法律分析：有效，在校生已经具备合《劳动法》规定的就业年龄，其在校大学生的身份也非《劳动法》规定排除适用的对象。如果双方在协商一致且没有违反法律规定的条件下签订劳动合同是受法律保护的。但是如果在校生去用人单位工作也可以不签订劳动合同。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第十条，建立劳动关系，应当订立书面劳动合同。已建立劳动关系，未同时订立书面劳动合同的，应当自用工之日起一个月内订立书面劳动合同。用人单位与劳动者在用工前订立劳动合同的，劳动关系自用工之日起建立。
