释义	法律分析：可以。口头形式在日常生活中经常被采用。集市的现货交易、商店里的零售等一般都采用口头形式。合同采取口头形式，毋须当事人特别指明。凡当事人无约定，法律未规定须采用特定形式的合同，均可采用口头形式。但发生争议时当事人必须举证证明合同的存在及合同关系的内容。合同采取口头形式并不意味着不能产生任何文字的凭证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百三十五条民事法律行为可以采用书面形式、口头形式或者其他形式；法律、行政法规规定或者当事人约定采用特定形式的，应当采用特定形式。
