释义	法律分析: 清算组成员从事清算事务时，违反法律、行政法规或者公司章程给公司或者债权人造成损失，公司或者债权人有权要求其承担赔偿责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第二百零六条清算组不依照本法规定向公司登记机关报送清算报告，或者报送清算报告隐瞒重要事实或者有重大遗漏的，由公司登记机关责令改正。清算组成员利用职权徇私舞弊、谋取非法收入或者侵占公司财产的，由公司登记机关责令退还公司财产，没收违法所得，并可以处以违法所得一倍以上五倍以下的罚款。
