释义	法律分析：领证过后如果一年了还不请婚假的话，在很多公司这个就没有办法再批假了，因为属于自动弃权。虽然我国法律上是没有准确的说明婚假必须在多长时间内听完的，但是很多公司的话是有明确规定的，婚假在结婚后的半年到一年内请完，否则的话就视为主动放弃。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十一条劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
