释义	法律分析：《退役士兵安置条例》于2011年10月29日公布，自2011年11月1日起施行。法律依据：《退役士兵安置条例》第五十三条　本条例自2011年11月1日起施行。 1987年12月12日国务院发布的《退伍义务兵安置条例》，1999年12月13日国务院、中央军委下发的《中国人民解放军士官退出现役安置暂行办法》同时废止。本条例施行以前入伍、施行以后退出现役的士兵，执行本条例，本人自愿的，也可以按照入伍时国家有关退役士兵安置的规定执行。
