法律分析：
违法。由于弩可以致人重伤或者死亡，因此，与管制刀具一样属于管制器具，任何人不得非法携带，更不能经营和运输。在中国持有弩是不符合相关法律、法规规定的，违反了《中华人民共和国治安处罚法》的有关规定。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国治安处罚法》 第三十二条 非法携带枪支、弹药或者弩、匕首等国家规定的管制器具的，处5日以下拘留，可以并处500元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处警告或者200元以下罚款。
