释义	法律分析：经济仲裁是一种和平解决经济纠纷的方法，指经济合同的当事人双方发生争议时，如通过协商不能解决，当事人一方或双方自愿将争议的事项或问题提交给双方同意的第三者依照专门的仲裁规则进行裁决，由其作出对双方均有约束力的裁决。该第三者成为双方选定的仲裁人（亦称公断人），或为仲裁机构。法律依据：《经济合同仲裁条例》第四条仲裁机关对受理的经济合同纠纷案件，必须坚持调查研究，查清事实，根据国家的法律、行政法规和政策的规定进行处理。当事人双方在适用法律上一律平等，保障当事人平等地行使权利。
