释义	法律分析: 医疗保险费不需要缴纳一辈子。职工基本医疗保险参保人缴费达到当地规定年限的，一般男缴满30年，女缴满25年，退休（男年慢60周岁，女年满50周岁）后不再缴纳基本医疗保险费，按照国家规定享受基本医疗保险待遇。《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十七条参加职工基本医疗保险的个人，达到法定退休年龄时累计缴费达到国家规定年限的，退休后不再缴纳基本医疗保险费，按照国家规定享受基本医疗保险待遇；未达到国家规定年限的，可以缴费至国家规定年限。
