1、欠条、借条、收条是生活工作中常见的条据，这三种条据虽然只有一字之差，但其法律含义却相差甚远。
2、欠条：是债务人向债权人出具的表示尚欠某物或者某款项的凭证，一般用来证明债权债务关系。
借条：是出借人向借用人或者借款人出具的表示出借某物或者某款项的凭证，一般用来证明借用或者借款关系。
收条：是收领人向送给人出具的表示收到某物或者某款项的凭证，用来反映或者证明“收到”的事实。
法律依据：
《民典法》第六百六十八条
借款合同应当采用书面形式，但是自然人之间借款另有约定的除外。借款合同的内容一般包括借款种类、币种、用途、数额、利率、期限和还款方式等条款。
