释义	法律分析: 居间和中介没有区别，《民法典》已经将居间合同改为中介合同。中介合同是中介人向委托人提供订立合同的媒介服务或者报告订立合同的机会，委托人支付报酬的合同。委托人未与第三方签订合同的，一般不需要支付中介费。委托人与第三方虽未签订书面合同，但实际上进行了相应的合同交易的，委托人依旧需要支付中介合同规定的中介费。《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百六十一条中介合同是中介人向委托人报告订立合同的机会或者提供订立合同的媒介服务，委托人支付报酬的合同。
