不是。不一定每个红绿灯路口都有违章拍照，凡是主要路口都有闯红灯拍照。工作人员采集闯红灯违法信息时，一般必须至少有三张照片做佐证，分别是车辆过线前，过线后和驶入对面路口。在刚过线情况下，司机如果没有继续移动车辆保持原状，交管部门就不会认定为闯灯。
