释义	1.伪证行为足以使他人受到刑事处罚或者轻罪重判的； 2.伪证行为足以使犯罪分子逃避刑事处罚或者重罪轻判的； 3.伪证行为造成冤、假、错案的； 4.由于伪证行为，致使他人自杀或者精神失常的； 5.伪证行为造成其他严重后果的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零五条在刑事诉讼中，证人、鉴定人、记录人、翻译人对与案件有重要关系的情节，故意作虚假证明、鉴定、记录、翻译，意图陷害他人或者隐匿罪证的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
