释义	法律分析：不可以，未到期债权，不能强制执行，但可以先查封，要求债务人暂停偿还债务。债权到期后，再要求债务人直接向法院履行偿还义务。法律规定人民法院执行被执行人对他人的到期债权，可以作出冻结债权的裁定，并通知该他人向申请执行人履行。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于人民法院执行工作若干问题的规定》第六十一条第一款被执行人不能清偿债务，但对本案以外的第三人享有到期债权的，人民法院可以依申请执行人或被执行人的申请，向第三人发出履行到期债务的通知。
