释义	法律分析：不可以。十四周岁以下的孩子不可以单独乘坐动车(乘火车学生和承运人同意在旅途中监护的除外),中国法律规定0-14周岁的孩子为儿童。已满十四周岁,但没有满十六周岁,可以凭户口本、学生证等其它有效证件独自乘坐动车。法律依据：《中华人民共和国铁路法》第十四条旅客乘车应当持有效车票。对无票乘车或者持失效车票乘车的，应当补收票款，并按照规定加收票款；拒不交付的，铁路运输企业可以责令下车。
