释义	法律分析：网上买药不可以用医保卡，医保卡可以用来在定点医院或药店就医购药，也可以在定点药店购买医疗器械等，但是只能是个人前往定点医院或药店使用，而不能在网上使用医保卡买药、买医疗器械等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国城镇职工基本医疗保险条例》第十四条基本医疗保险缴费实行年检制度。凡未经征收机关办理基本医疗保险缴费年检手续的用人单位，工商行政管理部门不予办理工商年检手续。用人单位在办理营业执照注销手续时，工商行政管理部门应当先审核由社会保险经办机构出具的基本医疗保险关系终结书。
