释义	法律分析：暴动越狱罪，是指在押罪犯有组织地使用暴力，公然越狱逃跑的行为。暴动越狱的首要分子和积极参加的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑；情节特别严重的，处死刑；其他积极参加的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百一十六条依法被关押的罪犯、被告人、犯罪嫌疑人脱逃的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。劫夺押解途中的罪犯、被告人、犯罪嫌疑人的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑；情节严重的，处七年以上有期徒刑。
