法律分析：高速倒车被扣12分驾照不会被吊销。高速公路上倒车、逆行的，扣12分、罚两百元。一次性扣12的，要重新参加学习，并重考科目一。只有通过考试，才会返还驾照。
法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十八条：机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内累积记分达到12分的，公安机关交通管理部门应当扣留其机动车驾驶证。
