释义	对于不公平协议，订立合同的当事人之间可以自行协商解除或者修改；如果无法协商的，则如果订立合同时一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使合同成立时显失公平的，则另一方当事人可以向法院申请撤销该合同。法律依据《民法典》第一百五十一条，一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
