债主赖在家不走是否犯法
释义
赖在债务人家不走的方式是不合法的。上门讨债属于未经权利人许可进入他人住宅，是违反宪法与治安管理法的行为，达到一定程度的应受治安处罚，严重的甚至可以依刑法定刑。债务人在遇到这种情形时，应积极报警处理。
法律依据
《刑法》第二百四十五条，非法侵入住宅罪，是指违背住宅内成员的意愿或无法律依据，进入公民住宅，或进入公民住宅后经要求退出而拒不退出的行为。
司法工作人员滥用职权，犯前款罪的，从重处罚。
