法律分析：1. 部分院校“谢绝”复读生 尽管复读生不会遇到高考减分等“不平等待遇”，但部分对考生年龄有限制的专业还是 会“谢绝”复读生。据介绍，报考军事院校的考生须是不超过 20 周岁的应届高中毕业生， 报考公安院校的考生年龄不超过 22 周岁， 医学类 8 年制本硕博连读专业也只录取应届考生。 其他高校和应届生录取待遇一模一样。
2. 对于2014年高考录取后不报到的考生，2015年再次参 加高考的复读生，针对此类考生制定的相关限制性政策。在下一年公布高考成绩时，将把被上一年被二本及以上本科批次第一院校按专业志愿录取的考生，排名位次排在同分数的最低。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国高等教育法》 第十九条 高级中等教育毕业或者具有同等学力的，经考试合格，由实施相应学历教育的高等学校录取，取得专科生或者本科生入学资格。本科毕业或者具有同等学力的，经考试合格，由实施相应学历教育的高等学校或者经批准承担研究生教育任务的科学研究机构录取，取得硕士研究生入学资格。硕士研究生毕业或者具有同等学力的，经考试合格，由实施相应学历教育的高等学校或者经批准承担研究生教育任务的科学研究机构录取，取得博士研究生入学资格。允许特定学科和专业的本科毕业生直接取得博士研究生入学资格，具体办法由国务院教育行政部门规定。
