释义	法律主观：员工工资的正确计算方式是：出勤天数乘以每天的工资。应当按照21.75计算，因每个月天数不一样，按照30天算肯定不合理，所以应当按照法律规定的21.75平均工作日×实际工作日（即排除双休日）进行计算。也就是说周一至周五每天8小时，超过8小时算加班加班费是1.5倍计算方法是底薪除以21.75除以8乘以1.5乘以加班小时数。周六周日加班为2倍，法定节假日如五一十一、就是三倍。
