释义	一般有两种处理方式，持卡人可以选择更换新卡或是注销信用卡。当信用卡即将到期时，发卡行将发送短期利息提醒，持卡人这个时候可以选择是否续订信用卡。但是大多数银行默认情况下会更新信用卡，会在到期前将新卡邮寄给持卡人。邮寄的新卡与到期卡相同，信用卡上的金额是一样的，账单也是一样的，可直接激活，旧卡的积分也会转移到新卡上。如果不想要新卡，可以在信用卡到期前打电话给银行，表明自己想注销，告诉银行不要再邮寄新卡，然后把旧卡拿到柜台申请注销。
