一、定居外国的中国公民，自愿加入或取得外国国籍的，即自动丧失中国国籍。
二、对于凭虚假材料报名、在不同省份重复报名或通过办理非正常户口迁移手续后报名的考生，一经查实，将按照有关规定取消其考试或录取资格，已经入学的将取消其学籍。
