释义	可以,但是报警追回来后也会被没收。赌博属于违法行为,不受法律保护,所以就算追回也会被没收,属于赌资。若是被骗的或被迫的可以直接报警寻求帮助追回被骗的财物。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安处罚法》第七十条以营利为目的，为赌博提供条件的，或者参与赌博赌资较大的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款；情节严重的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，并处500元以上3000元以下罚款。
