释义	法律分析：请婚假不能扣奖金。员工依法享受年休假、探亲假、婚假、丧假、产假、看护假、节育手术假等假期的，用人单位应当视为提供正常劳动并支付工资，所以婚假期间的工资应当是正常工作时间的工资，是不包括奖金的。婚假不扣奖金。晚婚的公民，除享受规定的婚假外，增加晚婚假七天。晚婚假期间享受婚假同等待遇，晚育假、晚育护理假期间享受产假同等待遇。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十一条　劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
