释义	无证驾驶一般是不会连累到副驾驶的，但如果副驾驶是车主，并且知道驾驶者是没有驾驶证的，让驾驶者驾驶机动车的，就要承担连带的责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十九条未取得机动车驾驶证、机动车驾驶证被吊销或者机动车驾驶证被暂扣期间驾驶机动车的处二百元以上二千元以下罚款，可以并处十自五日以下拘留。
