释义	法律分析：应当于收到通知之日起15日内缴纳水费。因特殊原因不能按时缴纳的，应当向供水企业说明。法律依据：《水利工程水费核订、计收和管理办法》第七条：工业和城市生活用水、水电站用水，要按月计量收费。农业用水要按次计量收费，用水频次较多的可按季计量收费。用水单位要按规定日期交付水费，逾期不交的，应加计滞纳金。经一再催交无效，水利工程管理单位有权限制供水，直至停止供水。
