释义	法律分析：我国现行的法律法规中没有关于征占用林地的统一补偿标准，由省、自治区、直辖市规定。林地征收补偿费用包括以下3个方面。 1.土地补偿费； 2.安置补助费； 3.林木青苗和地上附着物补偿费。上述三项都是直接补贴给该林地所有权人或者使用权人。此外，征收部门还应缴纳纳森林植被恢复费，专门用来恢复因征地而减少的林地植被面积。此项费用要交给当地人民政府林业主管部门。法律依据：《中华人民共和国土地管理法》第四十七条被征收土地上的附着物和青苗的补偿标准，由省、自治区、直辖市规定。
